Dr Kishore Bahl is a GMC-registered Urologist with over 30 years of clinical experience in NHS and private practice. Having spent decades treating men with erectile dysfunction and urological conditions, Dr Bahl founded Shockwave ReVibe to bring focal low-intensity shockwave therapy (Li-ESWT) to patients who want a drug-free, evidence-based alternative to medication.

In addition to his specialist urology and men's health work, Dr Bahl has extended the clinic's scope to musculoskeletal conditions — including plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, and shoulder tendinopathy — where shockwave therapy is backed by robust clinical evidence and recommended by NICE. He trained through the International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment (ISMST) and works exclusively with clinical-grade, CE-marked shockwave devices.

Dr Bahl holds BSc and MBBS degrees and is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC). He believes every patient deserves transparent, evidence-based advice — and will only recommend treatment if shockwave therapy is genuinely the right option for their condition.

Why We Specialise in Shockwave Therapy

Most physiotherapy clinics offer shockwave therapy as one option among many. That means the practitioner using the device may use it weekly at best — not daily. We believe that if a treatment works, it deserves to be the primary focus, not an afterthought.

Shockwave therapy has stronger clinical evidence than most other conservative treatments for musculoskeletal conditions. It is NICE-recommended for plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinopathy. For men with vasculogenic erectile dysfunction, low-intensity Li-ESWT offers something no pill can: a treatment that targets the root cause.

We don't recommend shockwave therapy to everyone. If your condition is better served by something else, we'll tell you honestly. Our reputation depends on delivering genuine results — not booking courses of treatment patients don't need.
